What to expect

At the first appointment, a careful case history will be taken and questions asked about the nature of the problem and its background. There will be an Osteopathic examination which will involve movement tests and possibly neurological screening. This will be followed by a discussion of possible treatment methods and treatment itself.

Following the treatment patients may be advised on diet, exercise and lifestyle management.

We recommend that you wear loose light clothing with stretchy trousers such as tracksuit bottoms. You can wear these or bring them with you and change in private in your consulting room.
